Hunter's Castle ski, golf and SPA resort is a gated, 4-star development, designed as 12 buildings, each bearing a certain animal name. The buildings are situated at the front and along the perimeter of the 12 000 sq.m. plot, each building having 3 residential sections (entrances). The development has 237 apartments – studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom flats. The development is situated in one of the most upmarket areas of Bansko, within walking distance of the existing gondola.
The 12 buildings feature castle-style architecture and range from Block A to Block L. Building A (Antelope) is the main building, housing reception, facilities, SPA area, restaurants, swimming pool, etc. The remaining buildings are purely residential, some of them housing some quiet game rooms or small private party lounges in the basement. Access to all floors is by lifts and stairs. Apartments in buildings B, C, D, E, I, G, K and L are North-South facing, while buildings A, F, G and H are East-West facing. A spacious inner yard with beautiful landscaping, playgrounds and barbecue will contribute to the leisure time of both parents and children. Buildings B, D, G, I and K will have underground “warm corridors” to Antelope main building.

Hunter's Castle ski, golf and SPA resort is located in the so called ‘golden area’ of Bansko, on the west side of the Glazne River, within walking distance of the gondola (350m). Two bridges provide the crossing of the river – one pedestrian and the other on the ring road. The new gondola is planned and will commence building on the resort’s side of the river, in proximity to the existing gondola.
Some of Bansko’s elite developments are situated around Hunters Castle (Luxor, Royal Tower, Orchard), giving owners in Hunters Castle the opportunity to select from a variety of restaurants, shops and facilities. Bansko downtown is a 20 min walk along the new embankment road and across the river to the hundreds of taverns, bars and shops. Driving there is just 3-4 minutes. The road passing on the southern side of the development leads directly to the new golf course (3 km), while The Pirin Golf course near Razlog is 6 km away (6 min by the shuttle bus).
Owners and tourists in Hunters Castle will enjoy the views to three mountains — Pirin to the South, Rila to the North and The Rodopi to the East.

Car parking is provided in underground garages and parking lots outside.
A maintenance fee of 10 euro/sq.m. of owned area, incl. VAT, will be paid annually for the facilities upkeep and services provided.
