Location

The Snowgoose Hotel & Spa is situated in the outskirts of Bansko, ten minutes by free minibus shuttle to the Gondola Station and ten minutes from 18 hole par 72 golf course designed by Ian Woosnam. The views of Rila and Pirin mountains are terrific across 360°, and the few developments taking place there are of a higher quality than those in the town.

Design

The Snowgoose have been designed by Vienna educated architect Vladimir Tashev, the designer of the 5 star Kempinski Hotel in Bansko. The alpine style in construction is combined with Bulgarian national motives with some influence of the Rocky mountain chalets in Canada.

Rental

The Snowgoose Hotel & Spa is composed of 36 luxurious apartments, with rich facilities, and will function like a hotel. The complex benefits from hotel reception, lobby bar, room-service, spa centre with swimming-pool, restaurant with professional kitchen, laundry service, and staff to run the facilities. This meets the requirements of the two main markets for rental - the Tour Operators and independent holidaymakers from Sofia, Greece and other neighbouring countries.

These properties have exceptional rental potential. We anticipate gross rental returns of about 9% p.a. There is on-site property management and letting office on the premises. Maintenance Services are provided for EUR 12 per sq. m. annually.
